Ponta da Piedade

Ponta de Piedade is not really a full beach, it’s considered a natural monument of Lagos and one of the most beautiful places in the whole Algarve region. It’s composed of several formations like cliffs up to 20 meters high. It’s one of the most popular sights of the region. From here, one has a phenomenal view over the Atlantic Ocean and the curious rock formations nearby, where over the centuries, the sea has carved curious shapes in the cliffs.
